Answer 1 of 3: i'll be in japan early october and i thought it might be a nice time to learn pottery or wood working or other traditional japanese skills. not really interested in ikebana etc kokeshi painting i'm hoping to do in tohoku.... "the cooking class was held at taro's house and we spent a lovely couple of hours learning about japanese food culture, making dashi, omelettes, ad other small dishes, and of course tasting the amazing kobe beef."
